The technician and all the workers are kind and curious and they all clean up after themselves after the work is done. They said they would be out at a certain time and they were. The work was done e in a timely manner and my wife and I are very very pleased with the job.

I highly recommend Downtown HVAC services. I found everyone I had contact with always available at the touch of a phone call. From my initial call to Matty Rispo regarding my need to service heaters at my home and apt, he was always helpful, informative and honest. Christopher, his technician, who serviced them all was stellar. Tiffany, the secretary always answered my calls and was able to answer my questions and concerns . If this was beyond her capability , Matt always called me back the same day. When the heaters needed replacement , it was done the following day , on schedule as promised. I have absolutely no complaints.

This team showed up exactly on time, professional, very respectful of the property and left it cleaner than when they came in. In comparison to other quotes, their price was beyond fair. Highly recommend. I need to add that the office admin is amazing too. Nothing is more frustrating than not getting customer service Tiffany was always responsive, super nice, and today went beyond my expectations. I registered the equipment and sent an email to her asking if I captured all of the pieces. Instead of just responding, she validated the serial numbers and noticed I had listed an incorrect number. She then entered them for me. I have to say, most wouldn’t have taken the step to validate the numbers.

Matt was awesome. We ended up getting my mother a split unit system. Matt and his crew had the new unit installed within 1 day. Downtown Mechanical's service is excellent, from the estimate appointment, followup and ongoing communication, the days of installation. I felt prepared for the work, no surprises. They know South Philly homes. They respected my home and neighborhood. Their work is neat/finished and they cleaned up afterward. The heating unit is quieter, and I have central air! They even took out my 2 air conditioners; 1 above my front door. I highly recommend Downtown Mechanical.

Our house has some weird quirks, and Chris and Dave explained everything as they went and figured out a solution to an issue that popped up during the installation.
